Orange Prize shortlist nominees announced

Nominees for the Orange Prize, the UK’s only annual book award for fiction written by a woman, were announced today.

If you visit the Orange Prize site, you can read the first chapters of all the shortlisted and see the longlisted book nominees (which were announced March 16) and bios of the authors.
