Malvern business owner writes book about promoting business through video

I received the following press release from Ron Strobel, president and founder of VideoNet Inc. (that’s him in the photo), announcing his new 96-page book:

Strobel, of Malvern, has authored "Video Makes Cents," a book on the many effective uses of video to promote businesses and organizations.

"Video does make cents because it changes the way people think of a person, product, service, group or corporation … when done correctly" Strobel said.

In his press release, Strobel claims the book contains endorsements from numerous corporate and nonprofit leaders that call him "THE Steven Spielberg of corporate video."

Strobel and VideoNet have done work for Disney, CNN, Discovery Channel, ESPN and other networks besides producing videos for leading corporations in the Delaware Valley and throughout the country. Recently, VideoNet completed the 50th anniversary video for the Chester County Economic Development Council.

The 96-page book was released in June and is available from VideoNet Inc. To obtain a copy, electronic or in print, call 610-647-3242.

"No matter how you are going to use video, you will find this book a good reference," Strobel said. The book covers marketing approaches with video, choosing the right person or company to make your video and the actual process of making a video.

Strobel and VideoNet have won a number of awards, including the Silver Screen Award of the United States International Film and Video Festival and the Philadelphia International Film Festival.
